COMPACT MEMBRANE REACTOR, HYDROGEN GENERATOR

Can be used as a hydrogen purifier, or can be filled with catalyst and used to generate ultrapure hydrogen by steam reforming of methanol or methane, or by ammonia cracking. Does not ship with catalyst.



Standard Temperature Reactors: for operation between 200 C and 450 C; Maximum pressure: 300 psi at 350 C; Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%.

Four tube reactor: 5/8" diameter by 9" tall, contains 4 membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Typical hydrogen output: about1 std. 1/min. $4600.

Seven tube reactor: 5/8" diameter by 10" tall; contains seven membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Typical hydrogen output: about 2 std. 1/min. $6250.

Ten tube reactor: 3/4" diameter by 12" tall; contains ten membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Typical hydrogen output: about 3 std. 1/min. $7950.  

Microreactor for catalyst evaluation: 1/4" diameter by 2" tall; contains one membrane tube .079" diameter by 1.1" tall. Designed to test .75 to 1 cc of catalyst. Typical hydrogen output: 50 sccm. $2600.  

High Temperature Reactors: Inconel construction for operation between 200 C and 700 C; Maximum pressure: 350 psi at 400 C; Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%.
