Unless specified, modules include the purifier cell, an internal bleed flow
regulator, a heater and a thermocouple. Output is listed for 200 psi upstream, 400 °C operation and delivery at 1 psi above atmosphere. For other temperatures and
pressures, calculate the output using the
flux chart or contact us.
