COMPACT MEMBRANE REACTOR, HYDROGEN GENERATOR

Can be used to generate ultrapure hydrogen by steam reforming methanol, methane, etc. Does not ship with catalyst.


Standard Temperature Reactors: for operation between 200 C and 450 C; Maximum pressure: 300 psi at 350 C; Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%.

Four tube reactor: 5/8" diameter by 9" tall, contains 4 membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Output: about1 std. 1/min. $4500.

Seven tube reactor: 5/8" diameter by 10" tall; contains seven membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Output: about 2 std. 1/min. $6000.

Ten tube reactor: 3/4" diameter by 12" tall; contains ten membrane tubes .079" diameter by 7" tall. Output: about 3 std. 1/min. $7800.  

Microreactor for catalyst evaluation: 1/4" diameter by 1 3/4" tall; contains one membrane tube .079" diameter by 1.1" tall. Designed to test .75 to 1 cc of catalyst. $2500.  

High Temperature Reactors: Inconel construction for operation between 200 C and 700 C; Maximum pressure: 350 psi at 400 C; Selectivity to hydrogen: 100%.

Ground, sieved catalysts, including reformer catalysts and our robust, methanol reformer/ water-gas catalyst (CuO, ZnO, Cr2O3, Al2O3, PtCeO): 150 ml, enough to fill any of the reactors above, ground and sieved to 20-100 mesh. $700./150 ml
